When you have a bottle of Lawson's Dry Hills wine, you can put away the corkscrew. They have switched entirely to screwcaps. A pioneer move for a quality producer. The Lawsons were also one of the first grape-growers in Marlborough in 1980 and then made the leap to winemakers in 1992. They have achieved solid ratings since then. The winery is located south of Blenheim toward the Wither Hills.
